Before Shipment:
Go to “My Orders.”
Click on the order you want to modify/cancel.
If the option is available, follow the steps to change/cancel.
After Shipment:
Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.
If necessary, you can refuse delivery or request a return after delivery.
